Exchanges & Returns

Our Exchange and Return policy lasts for 10 days after receipt of receiving your order.  There is a NO MONEY BACK Policy for all of our merchandise.  In order to be eligible for an Exchange/store credit, we must receive the return within 15 days of the original purchase.  The product must be in the same unworn/unused condition that you received it in.  If you are returning any of the merchandise, it MUST be returned in the same clear bag it came in.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  To complete your return, we require a printed and filled out Return/Exchange form (found below) with your returned merchandise.  Keep in mind there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.  They are all final sale.  Please make sure to hold on to your tracking number in case we ask for it.  Don't mail order without approval for return.  There will be a long delay.  The address is printed on the return and exchange form as well as above.  Please note:  We cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Dominican Mulatto Shapewear.



Once your return is received, please allow 1-5 business days for it to be inspected.  We automatically process all returns without notification.  If there is a problem or we deny your exchange/return then we will notify you.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 days depending on your bank/credit card policy.



When you place an order online and the product is out of stock and you don't want to replace for other item, we will contact you to coordinate the full refund to your credit card.  Please allow up to 14 days from the date we received your order for the refund to be reflected back to your original method of payment.  If you haven't received a refund after 14 days, please contact us at support@dominicanmulatto.com.



Only regular priced items may be refunded.  All sales items are final and cannot be refunded.



You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to get your package to us and also for the shipping of sending you exchanged item(s).  Shipping costs are non refundable.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.



-We don't return money.

-We don't exchange liquidations orders and promotional items.

-To ensure that the garments returned are accepted by our department of changes, these must be clean and have all the labels, original packaging and in perfect condition.

-No returns on body reducers, shapewear and/or any under garments

-Defect of factory:  The products are guaranteed by any manufacturing defect for a period of 15 days from the receipt of the same, so they must accompany the garment a copy of the invoice and if necessary a brief description of the reason for the return.

Important Note:  We don't offer money back.

Dominican Mulatto Shapewear will generate a credit to your account and can apply to a new order.  You must use the credit within 60 days of the purchase and must pay for the return shipment.
